This video was taken at a National Reining Horse Association freestyle reining competition in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In this video Whizards Baby Doll (aka Roxy) was four years old. Stacy chose to ride with a neck rope to add clarity to the cues, especially the sharper turns such as beginning the spin and the rollback. Over the next few months the cue system became stronger and Stacy no longer used the neck rope.
